山區(qū)農村勞動力域內就業(yè)方式的調整策略

摘　要：山區(qū)農村勞動力的安置問題，關系到山區(qū)農村的經濟發(fā)展與社會進步，關系到第二步戰(zhàn)略目標的實現，是國內外普遍關注的熱門話題。本文作者在對山東省四個縣進行社會調查的基礎上，對四縣的就業(yè)方式的成因進行了分析，并提出了各自的就業(yè)方式調整方向，這對大多數山區(qū)農村勞動力域內就業(yè)方式的調整，具有一定的借鑒意義。

Adjustment Strategy on the Way of Mountainous Rural Labor s Job-selection inside the Same Area

Abstract：The problem of mountainous rural labor s arrangement，which relates to the economic development and social improvement in mountainous rural area，as well as to the realization of the second strategy target，is a hot topic both in domestic and at abroad. Based on the social research of four counties in Shandong province，the paper analyzes the four areas job-selection way，and puts forward the adjustment direction respectively. It has some reference for most mountainous rural labor s job-selection adjustment inside the same area.
